Not bad

It's cool for a sampled beat but it's just not put together very well, the sounds don't seem to blend, they are off pitch.
With some pitch correction it could sound much better.

At firs ti was like "the hell is this.."
Then it kicked in it sounded pretty cool. You need to work on quality (probably just when you export it turn the settings up)
Also you need more sounds like chords in the back to give the song emotion and a more diverse drum line. (instead of the snare hitting so much)
